First Holy Communion

On Sunday, May 7th, we witnessed a group of children in our parish receive their First Eucharist. Dressed in white communion albs, and with their pure loving hearts, they were ready for one of the most beautiful events in their lives. They have been getting ready for this day for quite a long time. Finally the day came when they would fully participate in the Holy Mass, by receiving the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of our beloved Jesus Christ in the Holy Communion. It was a special moment for these young children and their families, and a great reminder for the rest of Catholics that Jesus Christ is truly present in the Holy Eucharist.
